Industry Thought Leaders to Provide Interactive Sessions
Brandpartners, ROCHESTER, N.H. (May 1, 2007)—Senior executives from financial institutions across the nation will gather to explore customer experience trends in retail delivery at the sixth annual symposium hosted by BrandPartners on June 4 and 5.
“BrandPartners is once again pleased to host this two-day event, which has been cited as an extremely valuable forum by prior participants,” said President and Chief Executive Officer, James Brooks. “This year, we will focus on ways to boost performance within the branch environment.”
The symposium will take place at the scenic Wentworth by the Sea Hotel and Country Club, located on the New Hampshire seacoast about one hour north of Boston, and the historic BrandPartners Mill complex. Prior events have attracted executives from a variety of financial institutions, ranging from large regional and national banks to successful community banks and credit unions.
The Monday, June 4, sessions explore the dynamic changes in retail delivery and the implications for creating a new banking experience for customers. Interactive sessions will explore effective engagement models used by other service providers, alternatives for leveraging the in-branch experience, and intelligence from industry experts and peers.
The symposium kicks off with a three-hour workshop on “The Disney Approach: Chain of Excellence” presented by Disney Institute Trainer Rob Morton. Disney’s Performance Excellence value equation has helped spur dramatic leaps in performance throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort, the world’s number one vacation destination and one of the largest single-site employers in North America. The workshop examines how to drive peak employee performance, customer satisfaction levels and bottom-line results and is specifically tailored to address the needs of BrandPartners’ clients.
The June 4 afternoon interactive work sessions will take place at the BrandPartners Mill complex in nearby Rochester, N.H. Hosted by a combination of industry and BrandPartners experts, the sessions will explore various aspects of the customer experience—from the impact of the customer being in charge of communications and more, to how to build traffic into long-term, profitable relationships, and to the people factor in creating the customer experience. June 5 activities will feature peer networking in an informal setting, ranging from golf at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club’s oceanfront Scottish links style course to ocean kayaking or shopping in historic Portsmouth, N.H.
